Zy, iyi günler... As you know, I think it is important to have a neutral, balanced article on Greek cuisine, which neither denies the importance of the Ottoman heritage nor neglects other influences. Your most recent edits make sense to me (the text that the previous editor added was part of a discussion copied from Talk, not intended to go into the article), but your Edit summaries are rather aggressive and sarcastic, which I don't think is the most constructive way to improve the article: "one catches more flies with honey than with vinegar".
