I [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Chappaquiddick_incident&curid=6323761&diff=276895591&oldid=276887012 removed] the <tt><nowiki>{{who}}</nowiki></tt> tag you restored yesterday, not because it may not be warranted, but because there is an additional <tt><nowiki>{{who}}</nowiki></tt> who tag just a few words before it in the same sentence.
