It is, I suppose, alright to use the non-strict transliteration in the Ottoman sultans' articles' first mention of the name (the part in bold), as well as in the template box on the side ... but for the transliteration of the names in parentheses (i.e., the text immediately following the Ottoman Turkish script), strict transliteration—as per [[[[Wikipedia:Manual of Style (Arabic)#Ottoman Turkish\|the article I've just referred you to]]—should be adhered to. So, again, do not change the parenthesized transliterations of the names in the Ottoman script back.
