Adding WP:NPOV and WP:NOTRESUME markers, Dec 2024
I have added the WP:NPOV and WP:NOTRESUME templates to this page since it appears to provide quite a bit of information in such a way that paints Clark in a laudatory light. A few specific examples:

The overall tone of the article is more reflective of a resume, especially considering the detailed focus on awards and "historic" accomplishments. I'm not sure about the notability of the other awards — I don't have any knowledge of navy affairs — but having "2007 Inductee into the West Chester East High School Hall of Fame" and "Numerous Unit Awards" seems more like it would be padding for a resume, not for a Wikipedia article.

Additionally, several of the citations have no actual source links, though the BLP sources tag has been on this page for over a decade now. Ultimately the aforementioned issues are in part caused by this.

I do not wish to edit the content of the article myself, especially considering there have been some issues with NPOV in the past according to above discussions, and I wouldn't know where to find credible sources for the content here. If someone with more experience than me could help bring this page up to snuff that would be great :) Emma Lexi Triphora (talk) 19:35, 28 December 2024 (UTC)
