:Hmm, it looks like LVP was right after all. Jones & Ward sayssay that {{IPA|[ɐ]}} occurs in phrases such as {{IPA|[pɐ ɐdnɐˈmu]}} and {{IPA|[nɐ ɐstrɐˈvax]}}.
