Orphaned non-free image File:RaidenRevengeance.png
Thanks for uploading File:RaidenRevengeance.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:39, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
Re:Gyaru Kirigiri
Hi, Tintor. It's always nice to hear you. Yeah, this image clearly shows a Kirigiri-like girl named "ギャル" (Gyaru, Gal). I didn't find the full name, which I suppose sounds something like 霧切ギャル. Take note that Gyaru is an existing term now used almost interchangeably with kogal, which I used in this section I recently expanded in the article about Ayanami.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 23:04, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
@TeenAngels1234: Thanks. That kinda makes sense. From what I understand Gyaru was originially meant to be executed in the demo. However, the name change apparently involved a major plot change as her character's name means that she is the one who guides Makoto as the duo solve trials to the find the truth rather than turning her into a victim.Tintor2 (talk) 23:30, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
- Precisely. As I said during Makoto's review I'm not into Danganrompa, but it seems that Gyaru was the first victim anyway. My idea is that she was probably only named Gyaru, with no surname, but I could be wrong. PS. Thanks for your feedback on Kaworu. I am very tired and I have little energy left, but I want to update the voice in the future for a GAN, and I hope the CE goes well this time.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 23:44, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
@TeenAngels1234: Maybe you can take a break from Evangelion after Kaworu and improve other series articles to rest? Are there other series which you wish to improve? Then again, with all the hype about 3.0+1.0 I'm pretty sure you wanna keep improving the articles. In my case, I have no idea what to edit although before editing Danganronpa articles I instead tried improving Clamp articles, Bungo Stray Dogs and Judgment.Tintor2 (talk) 00:00, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
- This sounds like a famous dialogue between Miyazaki and Anno. For now, no, there aren't any other series where I feel competent enough. I would like to create more articles on NGE episodes, where fortunately there was no unnecessary controversy. I am satisfied with The Hedgehog's Dilemma. I also improved Shinji, Rei, and others, even though they already had the GA status. I would try with Utena and GITS, they deserve it and already have some GA articles, but in the future. But don't hesitate to ask me things with articles about other series, even if I haven't seen them. Always available for other respectful users. PS. Just watched the Judgment article. Good work.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 00:20, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
@TeenAngels1234: Yeah that detective game seems fine but just this week they rereleased for new consoles so I will wait before taking any action. Still, at least I managed to make the lead Takayuki Yagami GA last year. In case you checked Kyoko's, her character has a fake death but the only source I found is this radio summary which I doubt can be used as a source. This was before the finale of the Danganronpa 3 anime aired so that's why Ogata keeps saying the anime was way too gruesome due to the high body count even within the franchise's context of having killing games. Another article I plan to nominate is Osamu Dazai (Bungo Stray Dogs) too but I'll try Kyoko's first. Another project I had was Haseo but I kinda dropped it.Tintor2 (talk) 00:36, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
- Oh. One of my best friends, Eva-fan too, is a fan of Bungo Stray Dogs and it teased me that there is a character named after Danzai (and Lovecraft, which I like). Anyway, why can't you mention that radio show? If it's official and Ogata is there you can do it, I think. As I did with Asuka and Miyamura, IIRC. Luckily for us someone archived the dead YouTube URL, at least to see the title. In Korean it is "[단간 라디오] 희망 의 게스트, 키리 기리 쿄코 등장! [절망 편 # 2]". In Japanese, ダンガン ラジオ. It looks the same interview mentioned in the Wikia here. Dangan Radio CD(s?) is or are mentioned here on Ebay. The radio show or at least a part can be heard here and here NicoVideo. I used a similar reference in Kaworu's article for the famous After the End show. We have to figure out the proper interview and which CD or part of the CD are we talking about. If you're not so into Japanese, use AI-generated translations from DeepL.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 01:06, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
@TeenAngels1234: Wait what? Could you show me the format of that citation? Also, about Dazai it seems that he is really popular considering that back in 2016 he was voted as the second most "magnetic" character behind Rem from Re:zero and even appeared in a liveaction movie as a pillow.Tintor2 (talk) 12:08, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
- Well. As I said, I just collected some links but didn't hear the whole radio show. One example can be: {{cite AV media|trans-title=絶望編 °2?|first=Megumi|last=Ogata|title=ダンガンラジオー希望のゲストと絶望のオガタ ダンガンラジオCD 1時限目?|date=2010?|medium=audio|publisher=Water Orion?|language=ja}} Obviously, the references are hypothetical. As mentioned, if you can figure out which CD is which and the exact portion, that's it. And, yeah, I'd like to work on manga too. As soon as I finish the articles about the episodes maybe I start to work on it. As you know, these articles are a continuous work in progress.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 21:34, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
@TeenAngels1234: Thanks. Considering the anime aired in 2016, I think of those qualify though. Maybe the Korean based on that date but I have no idea if it can be used. The Reload thing is just a compilation of the first two games in the series (The third Danganronpa is an actual anime due to the writer's idea of telling the final story in such format, while Dan V3 is its own canon as the new characters learn they are not fictional works in a similar way to the End of Evangelion and experience about having a mental breakdown to the point the openly say they not only hate the developers for giving them such violent stories but also to the player for enjoying them).Tintor2 (talk) 21:52, 22 April 2021 (UTC)

Re:Kaworu Nagisa
Sure. I just nominated Kaworu Nagisa. Can you review it? BTW. Tokyo Babylon article looks good. Consider it for a CE by the Guild, maybe.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 23:07, 30 April 2021 (UTC)
re: uploading images
I noticed that you uploaded a new version of File:DGM2StageDVD13.jpg that's a completely different image from the original one, and I just wanted to note that when changing out images in these articles, you should probably upload the new version as a completely new file, then tag the now un-used image for deletion. Updating the image with a completely new file means the file history is now for a completely different image and the file name is now misleading. ~Cheers, TenTonParasol 17:38, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
@TenTonParasol: Done. By the way, I want your advice about something involving Allen's article so I'll ping you.Tintor2 (talk) 18:12, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
Re:Advice about Allen Walker
Hi, Tintor. First of all, as you may know, I have not seen or read D.Gray-man, so I can not directly help. I can recommend, though, yes, to expand it and add a section about Characterization and themes. Find authoritative reviews or academic analysis. Google Scholar usually helps, but many essays seem to only be available for a fee. Thanks for your good wishes.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 20:11, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
@TeenAngels1234: I see. I can't have access to eassays. Then again, such sections should be about how the media analyze him or how the authors themselves see him?Tintor2 (talk) 21:50, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- Well, IMHO: both. I think you can still make a good section entirely with author comments and an equally good one with just (reliable) reviews and academic comments.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 21:54, 2 May 2021 (UTC)

Advice about Japanese punctuation
I need help understanding the recommended style for presenting Japanese on Wikipedia. For years, I've used half-width punctuation marks followed by spaces for things like work and episode titles, regardless of whether the works themselves use full-width or have no such spaces, and I've always tried changing any articles to reflect that whenever I see it. But now I'm not sure that's the right thing anymore, and there are no clear-cut guidelines for it to show me what is. Is there no one "proper" way to punctuate in Japanese here? Thanks, I found the guy. User:SubZeroSilver (talk) 22:13, 7 May 2021 (UTC)

Naruto: Shippuden (Season 5) episode list
Please undo the changes you made and restore my order. It's more specific and really important for people who are just starting to watch Naruto/Naruto Shippuden like me to understand what season and episode it actually is. It is really weird to see season 2 but episode number 58 when it is episode 1. And it is only because the main source for all web is Wikipedia mostly and it lists overall episodes.
You know, how about this, you are a really old user here on Wikipedia I'm just a day old and don't know much but you do so could you create a column of overall episode number while I keep editing out the episode number within the season. It could really be helpful to a lot of people in the future, it wasn't for me but I'm trying to make it easier for others. If you create a column that lists overall episode number and let me keep editing episode number within the season, that would be the best. Please consider it. Re:Hajime Hinata
Yes. At first glance something can be explained better and faster, but nothing too serious.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 14:30, 19 May 2021 (UTC)
- Yeah, maybe. The problem is that I don't know if it's good for an article where there's a non-free image with as many as three depictions of the character together. But if it is appropriate for you, you can add it.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 16:41, 19 May 2021 (UTC)
- Hi. Sorry I'm late. The article only says that the single will be released on June 2021, that it will become the theme for "To Your Eternity" and that Utada previously worked on "One Last Kiss", but I can't find anything else.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 22:04, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
- Well, I'm not a guy who strictly follows specific plans, honestly. It's a live show. But I would like to devote myself to the episodes for now; it's funny and fast with the help of the Guild of Copyeditors. As I said, I would like to get them to be a Good Topic here. It's a bit of a long job, since there are still twenty-two single articles missing, but I'm patient. In the future I plan to write at least six other articles: Misato, Gendo, EoE, Cruel Angel's Thesis, Evangelion (mecha) and List of Angels. I'm currently writing about Mari on it.wiki taking a cue from the Chinese WP (GA), and I hope to see the GA green cross for her here.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 20:26, 27 May 2021 (UTC)

Re:Newtype polls
Sorry, that's the subforum for the new film so it's locked under a password, "spoilmerotten". There is a picture of the April issue here (no page number, as you can see), and a scan of the June one here. You can see they also list their ranking in the previous poll, but I think it's probably unnecessary to list every single poll listing the Eva characters after the new film released as they'll probably be featured on those for quite a while.
