Autopatrolled

Patroller Usedtobecool thinks this individual would be a good fit for autopatrolled. Britfilm has 600 articles in the past year (~80 in the queue right now) and I am not seeing any deletion controversies. Articles are not massive but they're using proper sources and I don't see what NPRs can do except marking them reviewed. I have no comment on this and am just copying it over. –Novem Linguae (talk) 02:08, 28 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Britfilm, is Henry C. James work in progress or are you done with it? Schwede66 19:14, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi there I was going to do more work on it, thank you! Britfilm (talk) 01:52, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Done. While Britfilm's articles can be a bit rough around the edges, they're not getting deleted, and those that get sent to draft are coming back. So as Usedtobecool says, in practice NPP is not really doing anything with them, and with their high volume of creations, there are definitely better uses of patroller time than continuing to manually review them. – Joe (talk) 09:44, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reason for requesting autopatrolled rights Hello. I have been nominated for becoming a new page reviewer based on my edits. I believe based on my number of page creations and track record I fit the criteria for having my account becoming autopatrolled. Rahammz (talk) 13:44, 2 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Rahammz, you already made request one time. Have patience. I have informed this matter at AN page. An admin will do the needful but since it's a huge backlog, admins can't watch all of our request at one day. ☮️Counter-Strike:Mention 269🕉️(🗨️✉️📔) 01:08, 17 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have created many clean pages without maintenance tags on them. This of course wasn't easy as I had to spend months learning how to create pages by visiting the Teahouse (a place without a sip of tea) to avoid embarrassing and suffocating the pages I create with maintenance tags overdose. Having this right will help improve this encyclopedia and lessen the work of those who review new articles. Tapmani (talk) 09:19, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  Done – Joe (talk) 09:32, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Have created >50 articles (mostly BLP), which are clean and not burdened with maintenance tags. Main focus is filling in redlinks of medalists on articles such as 2018 ISSF World Shooting Championships (World Champ medallists tick the box on WP:SPORTSPERSON, easy mode for notability and generally end up with plenty of independent coverage). I don't want to burden the backlog with uncontroversial articles. Admittedly my work does tend to be short and to the point. But clean, with good infoboxes and enough independent coverage to be uncontroversial. Thanks. Hemmers (talk) 17:22, 11 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Done, there's absolutely nothing wrong with short and to the point! – Joe (talk) 09:33, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

When patrolling a page they've started, I noted its excellent quality, and in reviewing their contributions I note that this has been a consistent pattern. Klbrain (talk) 08:47, 16 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the feedback Klbrain! It is very kind of you. Academia45 (talk) 09:16, 16 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've had a look at a selection of articles. They look well-sourced, well-formatted, well-written. However, Academia45 recently opened a dispute resolution request after another editor raised concerns around neutrality on Talk:Elihu Yale. The talk page is difficult to read, as it has formatting issues from both editors, and a dearth of signatures. Given that the Yale family is Academia's prime interest for new articles, I feel somewhat uncomfortable on a decision here before DR has provided clarity. —Femke 🐦 (talk) 18:55, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Done, I think the issues being discussed at the DR are far from the kind of bright-line problems that NPP can be expected to catch anyway. – Joe (talk) 09:35, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have created numerous pages, mostly recently in the realm of women's hockey: both professional and WCHA-related. I've no interest in creating counter-factual content, and would love to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. MikeVitale 02:08, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry but you do not meet the minimum criteria for this right.   Not done. – Joe (talk) 09:21, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the response. I'll go create some more articles and come back in a while. I'm honestly surprised that my articles created count is as low as it is. But oh well. --MikeVitale 17:45, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings, I am happy to reapply. The previous application is visible here and the articles created after the first application are available here. Thank You. 6eeWikiUser (talk) 04:17, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Automated comment This user has had 1 request for autopatrolled declined in the past 90 days ([1]). MusikBot talk 04:20, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I think when Hey man im josh suggested to re-apply later, you should think in terms of at least six months to a year later, rather than a month. Your recent creations look good but I'm afraid that early run of deletions is going to preclude you from being autopatrolled for quite some time. Please understand that this isn't a comment on your current editing at all – we just have to be very cautious with this right.   Not done. – Joe (talk) 09:27, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you so much. However, if possible I would like to receive a trial for like three months because all my 12 articles are free of tags and on queue within past two months. To avoid any other deletion I build my articles slowly in my sandbox and publish an article probably every week. 6eeWikiUser (talk) 14:35, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No, that's not how it works, sorry. – Joe (talk) 15:15, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Noted, thanks. 6eeWikiUser (talk) 15:59, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Came across this user while patrolling, and am nicely impressed. With 43 articles created, Frzzl already has multiple GAs from their own creations. Among their last 38 page creations, only one has been a stub, and most are C-class. Frzzl's only deletion was their first ever page tagged as G2; in other words, no problems that I can tell. I feel confident in the creations so far. Utopes (talk / cont) 06:14, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  Done, thanks. – Joe (talk) 09:36, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Saw this user while patrolling. Knightoftheswords has done a great job at building up articles on all sorts of current topics, from the humble beginnings up to generally B and C class articles across the board. They've created 29 so far with zero deletions... besides one that shows up in XTools, which was due to a now-blocked user moving Knight's draft on the Whatever (podcast) into mainspace against Knight's wishes, to which Knight can't be faulted for (as they confirmed this during the associated AfD). With all else being equal, I feel like their creations have all been solidly put together, even if it takes a few edits to get there, and they have a good understanding of writing articles and policy. Utopes (talk / cont) 06:45, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Done. They're really only a hair's breadth over an article creation rate where autopatrolled would make a difference (29 articles, but over two years), but it doesn't seem likely to do harm. Thanks for the suggestion. – Joe (talk) 09:37, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have written better articles in own way and lining to Wikipedia's policies. Haven read and reviewed and taken to heart Wikipedia:Autopatrolled, I will like to explore more features of getting my articles auto-patrolled. I have created nearly 30 clean articles. All the Best! Otuọcha (talk) 21:27, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

One of your articles was recently deleted at AfD, which I'm afraid precludes you from being autopatrolled for the time being.   Not done. – Joe (talk) 09:39, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've created 33 main articles, mostly start class, well-referenced and no maintenance tag. I familiarized myself about the guidelines. I believe I qualify to have this user rights and I also believe it could be useful in the future when creating new articles. 98𝚃𝙸𝙶𝙴𝚁𝙸𝚄𝚂 17:01, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've contributed a total of 516(26 mainspace) edits, out of which 450 were non-automated. Given my commitment to creating clean articles, I believe I qualify for the Autopatrolled user right, which would streamline the New Page Patrol process and recognize my trusted status within the community. I kindly request to be granted this user right to further explore my contributions to Wikipedia. bɑʁɑqoxodaraP (talk) 08:25, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  Not done based on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Anannyaa Akulaa, sorry. – Joe (talk) 09:47, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Over 100 articles created, none deleted (I think one was BLARed once but I couldn't tell you what it was). I'm hoping to make a lot of biographies over the next few months so I figured I should get autopatrolled first. Thebiguglyalien (talk) 22:12, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Done, thanks and keep up the good work! – Joe (talk) 09:48, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Over a decade of experience, none of the dozens of articles they've created have been deleted to my knowledge Mach61 11:32, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Some have been redirected but only music single articles. Perhaps rare honesty? But that’s about it from my immediate memory. Best, Joe Vitale 5 (talk) 17:08, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
