Bilgi çıkarmıyorum

Merhaba Takabeg. Ben bilgi çıkarmamakla birlikte sadece daha düzenli hale getiriyorum. Sadece Kurtuluş Savaşı'na katılan Türk askerlerinde böyle bir düzenlik oluşmuş. Onu düzenliyorum. Bu kadar emek vererek düzenlediğimi sayfaları rica ediyorum geri almayın.--Türk Süvarisi (talk) 13:20, 1 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

RE:List of Kurds

Hi Takabeg, you have removed Mehmed Uzun, even though it says on his page that he is Kurdish. Why? Ahmetyal (talk) 13:36, 1 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Articles of Wikipedia(s) themselves are not Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources. In the article List of Kurds, Mehmed Uzun is not the only problem. Takabeg (talk) 00:30, 2 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism

Hello, Takabeg!

"(Mehmed Uzun, Mehmet Ali Erbil and Ismail I. were removed. Reason: No evidence & sources.)" Please, feel free to check out their respective Wikipedia articles.

As for the Zand dynasty and Safavid dynasty, check out their respective articles (I've created links for you to use, just click on their names! Gotta love how Wikipedia works :).

Regards, Hvakshahtrah (talk) 13:28, 5 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia articles are not Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources. Mehmed Uzun is one of the prominent names of Kurdish literature, but he is not ethnic Kurd. I know that some people are claimed of Kurdish descent. But they are not prominant Kurds. So it's very comic when we find their name in List of Kurds. Do you understand what I want to say ? Takabeg (talk) 14:22, 5 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Map

Please check and verify the map file used in the article Azerbaijani language. It's original work, unsourced, and unreliable. Here the file link. Thanks. Zheek (talk) 10:40, 9 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Wow!

How did you find those sources for Araksi Cetinyan?! Thank you so much! Proudbolsahye (talk) 06:05, 10 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

I'm interested in the history of Armenians (see: A, B). But I oppose to provocations of ethnic hostility such as this message :)) Cheers. Takabeg (talk) 09:16, 10 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
Haha :) Thank you for your contributions. I've added an infobox for Mehmed Uzun as well. One of my favorite contemporary writers. Proudbolsahye (talk) 20:39, 10 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Cult of Personality

I've noticed that you've removed the Kenan Evren from the page. Are you sure he is not a c o p? There was a government supported propaganga about the coup and the leaders of the coup after 1980. If your conclusion about Turkey is (Ataturk was a c o p and Evren was not)... I believe you have a problem with being NPOV as a writer. Would you revalue your POV about c o p for the sake of Wikipedia? Ataturk doesn't fit in the basic definition of c o p. Unless the basic definition and conceptualisation is changed, Ataturk should not be there... Or maybe add some other national heroes or founders of states to make it "more nautral"... I honestly think this is ridiculous. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.174.156.142 (talk) 15:50, 11 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is considered as cult personality according to Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources. However, there are no proof of Kenan Evren. Takabeg (talk) 15:54, 11 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Notice of Dispute resolution discussion

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard regarding a content dispute in which you may have been involved. Content disputes can hold up article development, therefore we are requesting your participation to help find a resolution. The thread is "Battle of Jamrud".

Guide for participants

If you wish to open a DR/N filing, click the "Request dispute resolution" button below this guide or go to Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard/request for an easy to follow, step by step request form.

What this noticeboard is:
  • It is an early step to resolve content disputes after talk page discussions have stalled. If it's something we can't help you with, or is too complex to resolve here, our volunteers will point you in the right direction.
What this noticeboard is not:
  • It is not a place to deal with the behavior of other editors. We deal with disputes about article content, not disputes about user conduct.
  • It is not a place to discuss disputes that are already under discussion at other dispute resolution forums.
  • It is not a substitute for the talk pages: the dispute must have been discussed extensively on a talk page (not just through edit summaries) before resorting to DRN.
  • It is not a court with judges or arbitrators that issue binding decisions: we focus on resolving disputes through consensus, compromise, and explanation of policy.
Things to remember:
  • Discussions should be civil, calm, concise, neutral, and objective. Comment only about the article's content, not the other editors. Participants who go off-topic or become uncivil may be asked to leave the discussion.
  • Let the other editors know about the discussion by posting {{subst:drn-notice}} on their user talk page.
  • Sign and date your posts with four tildes "~~~~".
  • If you ever need any help, ask one of our volunteers, who will help you as best as they can. You may also wish to read through the FAQ page located here and on the DR/N talkpage.

Please take a moment to review the simple guide and join the discussion. Thank you! EarwigBot operator / talk 23:08, 12 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Dispute Resolution

Please see here. Thanks. --Kansas Bear (talk) 23:13, 12 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello;

I have decided to oversee the resolution of the aforementioned dispute on the Dispute Resolution Noticeboard. I am a volunteer at the DRN, and I have reopened the case. However, as I note in my comment thereon, I can do very little without any opening statements by the parties. Should you wish that the dispute be marked as closed, please inform me as soon as possible. Please be aware that in order to close the dispute, I require consensus on this matter from all parties.

I hope this helps you.

--The Historian (talk) 19:47, 15 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

We await your opening as the last editor involved. Please take a moment to make your opening comments or let one of the volunteers know if you are declining participation in the DR/N.--Amadscientist (talk) 23:11, 18 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
Hi, I'm not one of the editors involved. I only shew some basic policies of Wikipedia. Many articles in English Wikipedia are written in accordance with ethnocentric historiography. This article is one of them. It's difficult for us to neutralize all of them. Cheers. Takabeg (talk) 03:58, 19 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for responding. I will remove your name from the case.--Amadscientist (talk) 06:20, 19 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Ece

Please revert your edit on K.H. Ece. It looks like you are interested in ethnicity with a "racist" approach. (I know you are not.) All Turkish nationals are Turks; ethnicity is an additional issue. If not, we would be calling "American" only the indigenous peoples of America. Please try to understand. Thank you and greetings. --E4024 (talk) 23:24, 14 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

I don't prefer racist approach. I only oppose to ethnocentric propaganda and assimilation policies of the Turkish government, Kurdish ethnocentrists etc... Thank you. Takabeg (talk) 23:27, 14 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

No worries, don't thank me, thank WP:BRD. But step 3 of (1)B (2)R (3)D is that you should now make a comment on Talk page explaining that you (2)Revert, and (3)Discuss. Good luck! In ictu oculi (talk) 03:19, 24 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Wehib Pasha, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Albanian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

16 beyliks

Hi again, Your remark about the beyliks in Talk:Historic states represented in Turkish presidential seal is interesting. It shouldn't be lost in the talk page. If you can source your claim, why don't you add a section (maybe triva) about it ? Nedim Ardoğa (talk) 16:56, 25 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Ali ibn al-Athir

Would you be interested in "digging" around and see if you can verify his ethnicity? I do not believe any nationalists have edited this article, but the source for his being Kurdish seems a little weak. Thanks. --Kansas Bear (talk) 22:05, 30 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

It's very difficult for us (every user) to verify ethnicity of medieval people :) We can only know languages that he/she used & nationalists' claims. What do you think M. Izady's works ? Probably you've read Trapped Between the Map and Reality: Geography and Perceptions of Kurdistan. Did anyone apply to en:Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard for M. Izady ? Takabeg (talk) 22:18, 30 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
Well, I have seen Al-Athir mentioned as an Arab historian, so I was curious what you might have come across. I will check my Encyclopedia of Islam and see what it says(if anything). Thanks Takabeg. --Kansas Bear (talk) 22:46, 30 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Turkish names changed by a bot

Can you please correct some Turkish names which bot wrongly changed in some articles? VoxelBot had task to change letters in some Romanian names, but since letter "ş" is shared by both languages, Turkish and Romanian, bot also wrongly changed Turkish names. In several articles name of Ottoman province "Eyalet of Temeşvar" was changed to "Eyalet of Temeșvar" with letter "ș" instead "ş". Can you please revert back these Turkish names to their correct form? Here is a list of articles where this should be done:

I would do it by myself, but I am currently not able to because of some problems. I hope that you can spare few minutes to correct that. Thank you. 88.225.222.57 (talk) 18:13, 26 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Armenian Genocide

Selam Takabeg.

Armenian Genocide maddesinin bilgi kutusunda maddede bununla ilgili bir ifade geçmemesine rağmen failler bölümünde Jön Türkler'in yanı sıra Mustafa Kemal Paşa komutasındaki Türkiye yazıyor. Yine tarih bölümüne 1915-1923 aralığı olarak yazılmış. Bilmem farketmiş miydin ?--Emyil (talk) 23:00, 20 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
