Hi. Thank you for reviewing my submission, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Richard_S._Jaffe. Can you please elaborate? You commented said that I cited to many blogs. I did not cite a blog. AL.com is the online hub for the Birmingham News, Huntsville Times and the Mobile Press Register Newspapers. Unfortunately, all articles are posted under the URL blog.al.com. I have updated the citations to reflect that the publisher was the Birmingham News and resubmitted the post for review. Is that a sufficient enough edit or do I need to do more? Thank you for your consideration.

sodium

Hi, and thanks for your work on the Na article! It's great having another person working on chemical element articles, particularly such an important one. I see you've done excellent work with the referencing, as well!

BTW I think we could have a little more talk on Na as a reducing agent – I see we already mention the Birch reduction, but we should probably also mention that Na in ammonia solution is commonly used to reduce alkynes to trans-alkenes, and the more basic example of reacting with alcohols to give alkoxides. Since the chemistry of Na metal and its compounds is rather anonymous (it mostly gets used as a singly-charged innocuous counter-ion, and can be more easily covered with the other alkali metals) I think things like this should be fair game for the article. HI Double sharp, and yeah, we should include those things in the article. I think we can also expand the section about safety and precautions. I'll try to expand the article when I'm free. Thank you. Fuortu (talk) 22:31, 20 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
I will add more information about safety and precautions. I found some information about precautions while I was trying to find sources. I will find that information again. I should've bookmarked those sources. I tried few days ago but I didn't find anything new. I'll try again. Fuortu (talk) 00:57, 4 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

I have unreviewed a page you curated

Hi, I'm 1900toni. I wanted to let you know that I saw the page you reviewed, World Series Gaming, and have un-reviewed it again. If you have any questions, please ask them on my talk page. Thank you. 1900toni (talk) 13:57, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Ok, thanks for letting me know. Twinkle automatically reviewed the article when I requested speedy deletion. I'm not sure why you unreviewed it but that's not important now because that article has been deleted. Fuortu (talk) 14:02, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Deleting World Series Gaming!

Could you please explain why you keep deleting the page that I am creating?

The page does have relevance and if you actually stopped being so pragmatic in deleting it, you might actually learn something. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mapadale (talkcontribs) 14:04, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Mapadale: its own website, Facebook and Twitter are not reliable sources, you need independent sources like news. Fuortu (talk) 14:07, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
@Fuortu: If you actually give me a chance to write up the page, then you will see the relevance of the page. Sorry if I'm unable to write and get things quicker than your response to delete it every time.
Please stop recreating the article. After finding reliable sources, use article wizard to create article instead. It will probably not get deleted immediately there. Fuortu (talk) 14:12, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
@Fuortu: Please define what would be classed as a reliable source and don't just put "NEWS", as a website is reliable, Twitter page is reliable, Linkedin page is reliable. What do I have to do, also use the link to the companies registered page on "Companies House" which is also a reliable source!
@Mapadale: No, they are not reliable because they are not independent. We need published sources which are subject to editorial oversight and they must be independent. Please read WP:RS Fuortu (talk) 14:40, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Your GA nomination of Sodium

Hi there, I'm pleased to inform you that I've begun reviewing the article Sodium you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria.   This process may take up to 7 days. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you might have during this period. Move discussion

Why did you move Feast 3: The Happy Finish to Feast III: The Happy Finish? On Talk:Feast III: The Happy Finish#Requested move 9 October 2016, the only response was a comment by me that stated that the IP editor was being disruptive. Can you move them back to their original titles, please? NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 17:02, 16 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi NinjaRobotPirate , I moved it because no one has objected the move. You said they were being disruptive but you did not oppose or give any reasons why it should not be moved. Why do you oppose the move? Fuortu (talk) 17:28, 16 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
This is silly. The IP editor copy-pasted a rationale by an administer in another move request, then changed a bunch of incoming links to break them. Do you need me to explicitly object to the move? Well, I'm doing that now – because there was no valid move rationale! It was copy-pasted from this conversation. Will you please just revert your move? NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 17:44, 16 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Even though it was copied from another discussion, it was a valid move request. Sources support their request. I'm sorry, I'm not going to revert my move. Fuortu (talk) 18:03, 16 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Alright. Maybe cleaning up after this IP editor's disruption has made me a bit more prone to knee-jerk "oppose" votes than usual. I still think it shouldn't have been moved, but I'll drop it. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 18:50, 16 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Challenge Stakes disambiguation

Hi Fuortu, thank you for moving Challenge Stakes after the move I requested. It doesn't look quite right to me though - the dab page sits at Challenge Stakes (disambiguation), but - "the title of a disambiguation page is the ambiguous term itself, provided there is no primary topic for that term." per WP:DABNAME. There is no primary topic here, and I can see from the history that you had different ideas at different times before the final move. Would you be able to make "Challenge Stakes" the dab page, rather than just a redirect to the current one? Thank you --Bcp67 (talk) 19:44, 19 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, you are right, there's no need for having "disambiguation" in the title because there is no primary topic. Moved it back to Challenge Stakes. Thanks Fuortu (talk) 21:24, 19 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Great, thank you very much for your help with these moves - much appreciated. --Bcp67 (talk) 05:13, 20 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Competition does not exist

The competition does not exist, should the artucle be deleted? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:DA8:201:3512:448A:E63:6EBF:ACE1 (talk) 16:12, 20 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

You can nominate it for deletion if you want but it can't be speedy deleted. See WP:AFD for instructions on how to nominate but it will not be easy because you have to do it manually. Generally, Twinkle (semi-automatic tool) is used to nominate articles for deletion but you need autoconfirmed account to use it. However, if multiple reliable sources have talked about that competition, even if that competition didn't take place, I don't see why it should be deleted. Your GA nomination of Sodium

The article Sodium you nominated as a good article has passed  ; see Talk:Sodium for comments about the article. Well done! If the article has not already been on the main page as an "In the news" or "Did you know" item, you can nominate it to appear in Did you know. Phone number

Hi,
Thanks for your quick reaction on my phone number question.
There must have been some overlap of editing (I was doing a small edit on my "sources" paragraph), and after finishing I noticed that you had apparently deleted my "sources" paragraph together with the phone number. Was that just an accident, or was there something wrong with my contribution?
It's back in there now because due to that overlap I didn't notice all this until after finishing the edit, and the text had still been in my cache. --93.212.237.92 (talk) 17:26, 23 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

That is called "edit conflict". That is normal. That happens when someone makes an edit while you are editing. Looks like you added your text back and everything is OK now. Fuortu (talk) 17:47, 23 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
O.k., thanks. Just wanted to be sure you hadn't considered something to be wrong with my text. --93.212.237.92 (talk) 18:01, 23 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Here's another one. --93.212.237.92 (talk) 18:12, 23 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

12:17:32, 25 October 2016 review of submission by Twistedmouth

Hi Fuortu, first thanks for reviewing the draft on The Glover whisky in the first place. I have added more content, and many more references from national and trade press. Would be great if someone could look at it, though not sure how that works (was 3+ weeks ago); whether it's you who reviews again, or if other editors can pick it up for approval? I saw a colleague removed a Forbes citation, which I've replaced with two more suitable references. Cheers, twistedmouth
