Founded in 2008 as Delhi Daredevils(often abbreviated as DD),it is one of the eight teams in the IPL. The Delhi franchise is owned by the GMR Group and JSW Group. Their home ground is the Feroz Shah Kotla Ground in Delhi. In December 2018, the team changed its name from Delhi Daredevils to Delhi Capitals.[1]
