outcubation is a new concept for starting a business, based on virtual collaboration and outsourced development. It relies on the old concept of incubation where a business incubator provided for an incubated startup the necessary tool, resources and environment needed to start a successful startup. In the Web 2.0 era, the majority cost of starting a startup is the labor cost, office space, internet bandwith, software licenses, servers no longer create a challenge for a startup entrepreneur. While large companies have mastered outsourcing and have resources to mitigate outsourcing risk, small startups are often inexperienced and have a difficult time crossing the cultural boundries necessary to get outsourcing help from India, Russia, or China but with an outcubator, the business can use outside resources and successfully realize a launch while maintaining high quality standards and low risk. With the proliferation of the Internet, the global talent pool is more united than ever. With the abundance of collaboration tools, cheap VOIP communication, and WIFI, Wifi-cafes where people can go use laptops, there are many independent contractors, freelancers in the new flat world. In the same way, the old incubator model where startups are housed in a single location, with an on-site marketing, business development, and software development team are no longer viable due to increased global competition, and decreasing costs due to outsourcing. The new model allows a virtual team of developers, marketing people, designers, and business people to start a company without a physical location. So the incubation happens from the outside, and even from foreign countries, thus named "out-cubation", without the need of physical presence under one roof. In the old days of web 1.0, [Business Incubators] were popular. In [Web 2.0], where collaboration is key, the Virtual Business Incubators or Outcubators are becoming popular due to flexibility. The term outcubation was was first coined by Honor Gunday when he started OutCubator, a virtual business incubator located in Kiev, Istanbul, New York and Silicon Valley with development happening in Kiev, Business and Marketing happening in Silicon Valley thru the help of both full time and part time employees dispersed or colocated.

Sourceseditsource= uppitywomen.com 75.80.186.20 01:45, 6 June 2007 (UTC) Martha Turnstall Smith By Gianna Hamilton[reply] Martha Turnstall was the oldest of five children. She grew up to marry William Smith. She kept her maiden name and took Smith. She was now Martha Turnstall Smith. They had many children, 6 daughters and 5 sons. Later on in Martha’s life, when her children had all moved out, William died. Martha was very upset and took a job in William’s favorite sport. She started a whaling business, all by herself. She was the first known woman to own a business. When Martha brought the whales home, she would take out all its blubber and melt it into what is called whale oil. Whale oil was used to light lamps as well as make wax for candles. Whale oil later came to be used in oiling wools for combing and other uses.

Terenzio "Teddy" Gotti was born on December 24th, 1989 in Brooklyn, New York. He is the son of Angelo Gotti, the illegitimate son of former Gambino crime boss, John Gotti. He began working for Gambino family at age 11 as a errand boy and family messenger. Before he even started high school, Teddy was well-known and well-liked by numerous Brookyln mobsters, who enjoyed his loyalty and comical attitude. PromotioneditOn July 7th, 2003, Gambino soldier, Rocco Lampone, was shot seven times while exiting his apartment. Teddy Gotti, who was inside of Lampone's apartment at the time, rushed outside grabbed Lampone's gun and shot back at his assassins. As more Gambino associates engaged in a gunfight with the Lampone's shooters, Teddy Gotti pulled Lampone into his Lampone's car and despite not being old enough to have a license, Teddy drove him to the hospital where he recovered from his wounds. This earned Teddy acceptance as a member of the family, and later that July he became the youngest Gambino associate. Criminal ActivityeditBy the age of 16, Teddy Gotti had established himself as a no-nonsense and even maybe brutal crew boss. First proof of this surfaced when Miguel Rodriguez and Jamal Thompson, classmates of his at St. Joseph's High School, disappeared on May 7, 2005 and were found the next day murdered in the trunk of a car. Student witnesses claimed to have seen the two in a confrontation with Teddy at school, just two days before they disappeared. Teddy Gotti was charged with kidnapping and 1st degree murder, but was not convicted due to lack of evidence and because of the fact he was out of the state when the crime occurred. Police officials and other experts believe that the two were killed by Teddy's crew, by his orders, and with the approval of Rocco Lampone, his immediate superior. Later that same year, Teddy was in more legal trouble when he was accused of blackmailing a local shop owner. On November 2, 2005 he was charged with extortion, but again he beat the case because the shop owner said he was mistaken and refused to testify against Gotti. Coincidentally, less than a month before the trial, the man's shop mysteriously caught on fire. Experts believe that was carried out by Teddy's crew to threaten and scare the man out of testifying. ==RelocatingeditAt 16, due to increasing heat and pressure from police, Capo Rocco Lampone decided to send Teddy Gotti and his crew out of town indefinitely. He and his crew settled in the Charlotte, North Carolina metro area. Allegedly, they currently run gambling rings and are also involved in drug trafficking. Occasionally, Teddy's men are assigned to hits and it is rumored that Teddy Gotti no longer needs to have clearance to have someone murdered. Terenzio "Teddy" Gotti is considered a Mafia prodigy, who is rising to power rapidly and has potential to be one of the more successful bosses of the Gambino crime family.

Zdzisław Stieber , (June 7, 1903 – October 12, 1980) was a Polish Slavic linguist. He was born in Szczakowa, Poland, then part of the Austro-Hungarian province of Galicia. He died in Warsaw. Initially a student of chemistry, Stieber turned his attention to comparative Slavic linguistics at the University of Kraków in 1926. His interest in the dialects of border areas led him to the study of East Slovak and Ukrainian dialects, where his work focused on toponyms, their etymology, and the history and settlement of the places where they are attested. He also carried out research on Sorbian and Belarusian, and was instrumental in producing linguistic atlases of Kashubian and Polish. In 1982 the Ukrainian Slavic linguist George Y. Shevelov published an extensive reminiscence of Stieber in the journal Harvard Ukrainian Studies.[1] SourceseditGeorge Y. Shevelov. 1982. QuarkCopyDesk (often only CopyDesk) is a professional word processing software product made by Quark Inc.. There are two versions of CopyDesk available: One is sold with Quark's editorial system QPS and one is sold standalone. Both versions are tightly integrated with QuarkXPress. FunctionseditCopyDesk is primarily used by newspapers and magazines to write, edit and style text (copy). The software includes standard word processing features such as spell check, track changes and word count. Its integration with QuarkXPress allows exact copy fitting information and previews, which ensures the editor to see whether the text fits correctly in the corresponding QuarkXPress layout and to control hyphenation. Since 1999 InCopy from Adobe is direct competitor to CopyDesk, which was lauched 1991. CopyDesk offers three viewing modes: Story, Galley and WYSIWYG. The Story mode displays the story text across the screen's entire width without formatting. This provides an interface for users more comfortable with traditional word processors to read and edit copy and allows text to be seen larger and in a different font than it would appear in the layout. The Galley mode also displays the text without formatting, but shows style sheets that have been applied to the copy and also the correct hyphenation and line endings. Galley mode shows copy as one column wide and - via visual markers - also shows jumps and column breaks. However, the Galley mode lacks a true representation of the design and layout – these features are reserved for the WYSIWYG mode. This view shows a page representation and the text with all its formatting. However, the editor can onyl edit text (or add pictures) and not the layout itself. Which is also the main benefit, it prevents editors from deliberately or accidentally alter the layout. The DR Class 243 is a universal electric locomotive of the Deutsche Reichsbahn of the GDR which is used for general rail service. In the DB AG the locomotive is listed as Class 143.The locomotives of the classes 143/243 still belong to the most successful German electric locomotives.
DevelopmenteditSince 1980 the Deutsche Reichsbahn of the GDR started increasing track electrification due to the risen oil price. Before that the DR had mainly used locomotives driven by russian diesel-oil. VEB Lokomotivbau und elektrotechnische Werke Hennigsdorf, only manufacturer of electric locomotives in the GDR, received the order to develop, based on the heavy cargo locomotive DR Class 250, a lighter, four-axled and technical more modern one for passenger transport and medium cargo service. The mechanical components were developed and produced in Henningsdorf. The electric motors were manufactured by EMW Dresden.

Jerry Goldstein (born 23 December 1970) (copyvio removed) Goldstein got his Ph.D at Dartmouth College, where he studied magnetospheric cavity mode resonance, a phenomenon in which the Earth’s magnetic field traps electromagnetic waves. As a postdoc at Rice University (2000-2003), Goldstein’s job was to interpret and model the brand-new space weather data being obtained by the IMAGE satellite (launched in March 2000). During his stay at Rice, he also participated in public outreach and education, working with inner city high school algebra teachers to develop space physics problems for use in the classroom, and designing and teaching an eight-week Continuing Studies course in space physics. At the Southwest Research Institute (after 2003), Goldstein continued his research on the inner magnetosphere of Earth. He also participated in analysis of Cassini data being returned from Saturn’s magnetosphere, taught graduate-level courses as an adjoint professor of U.T. San Antonio, and led the science operations center for the TWINS mission. In 2006, Goldstein received several notes of recognition for his research. He was awarded the 2006 American Geophysical Union (AGU) Macelwane medal and granted the status of AGU Fellow. In 2006, Popular Science magazine named Goldstein one of its annual "Brilliant 10" young scientists, and San Antonio Business Journal included Goldstein in its "Forty Under 40." Sourcesedit

Hordakai The Great is a Mongolian warlord under the Command of Ghengis Khan. He served in the attack on China; He had two battalion sized gatherings of Steppe archers, some among the most skilled. He is said to be the right hand man of Ghengis Khan. He also was one of the most innovative inventors and creative generals under Ghengis Khan's army. Upon the takeover of China, he imposed many of china's great siege inventions. Many historians debate whether or not he was the one to make China so weary as to build the Great wall of China. It is rumored one out of every 12 Chinese people is related to ghengis Khan, while one out of every 8 was related to Hordakai the Great. Hordakai fell under the command of Ghengis when he overthrew the past ruler of the Khan. He was not ambitious in any way however, he just desired the pleasures of life. It was rumored his composite bow was not a standard 100 pounds of pressure bow, but a 200 pound pull bow instead. It is also said that the arrows he would have fired would be close to the size of small javelins. His Jacket was said to be lined with snow fox. He only asked for the Joys of life; many of which are sins by the Catholic religion. File:-Guan Yu Portrait.jpeg

The Ersatz Elevator Can these poor children lives get any scarier? Violet, Klaus and Sunny Baudelaire are trying to avoid a terrible villain named Count Olaf. Count Olaf is dying to have the Baudelaire fortune ever since their parents died in a horrible fire. Right now the children are in their 71-room apartment with the Squalors. The Squalors are the Baudelaire children’s new guardians. Aren’t apartments supposed to be small? I think that a 71-room apartment is ridiculously large especially for five people. The town that the Bladelaires live in now is crazy! Every day new things are in and old things are out. For instance the elevators were “out” so the Bladelaires had to climb up 88 flights of steps! If the Squalors live on the top floor of the building why would the elevator need both an up and a down button? When I came to this part of the story I was as suspicious as the Bladelaires. So without any thought the children pushed the up button to see what would happen. The elevator revealed a dark hole! This was one of my favorite parts of the story. This part makes my teeth chatter and I begin to bite my nails. The Bladelaires were frightened. The hole was so deep it looked like it never ended. Later I actually found out that it took them 3 hours just to climb to the bottom of it! As you might have guessed hiding in the hole was Count Olaf and once more he escaped. What makes me wonder in this story is how Count Olaf comes up with all of these great plans but the children figure all of them out.
