Where to raise issues

Two possible places to raise the issue.

1. Scriptorium where you might address how to replace with appropriate text that is in the public domain.
2. Wikisource:Proposed deletions if you believe that the document should be deleted in its entirety.

My gut feel is that the former is preferred, as long as the text is available. -- billinghurst (talk) 10:44, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
