Stephen Chiau Sing-chi (perint.: 周星馳; yksink.: 周星驰; Jyutping: Zau¹ Sing¹-ci⁴; s. 22. kesäkuuta 1962 Brittiläinen Hongkong) eli Stephen Chow on hongkongilainen näyttelijä-ohjaaja, jonka taitavuus komedian parissa on antanut hänelle arvonimen komedian kuningas.
