Assassin is a job for viera in Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift.
Profile
Assassins can attack from afar or inflict various statuses or Instant Death up close. The job is based on crippling or simply defeating foes.
A Green Mage's Tranq Magick can make an Assassin's Last Breath ability very accurate against close range classes (less so against mages). Assassin can equip katanas and greatbows, enabling them to attack at either close or far range. A particularly powerful set combines a greatbow, Ultima Masher, and the Blood Price support ability to fling Ultima every turn while staying out of harm's way. Also noteworthy are her movement stats (including Speed), which are perfect to begin with.
A notable Assassin and the teacher of the arts is Veis, who is now a member of House Bowen.

assassin is often believed to derive from the word hashshashin (Arabic: حشّاشين, ħashshāshīyīn), and shares its etymological roots with hashish (/hæˈʃiːʃ/ or /ˈhæʃiːʃ/; from Arabic: حشيش ḥashīsh).
The wordThe meaning of the word Assassins is a secret order of Nizari Ismailis, particularly those of Persia and Syria, that formed in the late 11th century.
