The Hunting Hound also known as Bounty Man is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI fought on the Narshe Cliffs. It is the least dangerous of the enemies faced in the battle for the esper, and any of the party's special attacks, including Tools and magic, will be enough to defeat them. They will flee from battle if the other enemies are defeated first.
