Lamashtu is an enemy in Final Fantasy X encountered in Djose Highroad and Mushroom Rock Road. Since it is armored, Auron or Kimahri's Piercing weapons are needed to deal full damage with physical hits.

Lamashtu's attacks have a small chance to inflict Slow, unless Provoked, and has a 50% chance of _targeting the party member with the lowest HP. It has a small chance to damage the entire party with a ice-based Breath attack. Against aeons, it will use Breath half the time, or always against Valefor.
Lamashtu will drop armor with Slow Ward and HP +5%. It will drop weapons with any of the elemental strikes as well as Distil Power.
Strategy
Auron or Kimahri should be able to kill it in one hit. With a Firestrike weapon, they may even achieve Overkill.
