Master Shield (マスターシールド, Masutāshīrudo?) is a recurring shield in the Final Fantasy series.

The Master Shield is the strongest shield, available only in the versions that include the Labyrinth of Time. It provides 19 Defense, 30 Evasion, 1 Agility, 1 Intelligence, and resists all elements and statuses. It can only be equipped by the Warrior, Knight, Red Mage, and Red Wizard classes. It can be found in the Labyrinth of Time by defeating Chronodia while it is just in Kraken mode.
Final Fantasy XI
MThe aster Shield is a shield that provides 8 DEF and Shield skill +10. It can be equipped by level 52 Warrior, White Mage, Red Mage, Thief, Paladin, Beastmaster, and Samurai. It is dropped from Southern Shadow.
Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy
The Master Shield is a level 90 shield that provides +67 Defense and Wall Rush HP Damage +15%. It can be obtained from the shop by trading 155,700 gil, Ice Shield, Tiamat Carapace, and Knight's Hope x5.
