Revert "Turn on Parsoid Fragment Support v2 for RT testing" This reverts commit dc3b2b5b711eaa256c740349b7c76b7224d7e18f. Reason for revert: The job is done: we tested, learned a few things, found a few bugs, and we are now fixing them. Change-Id: I21bca517172c157d6d260789d283d2f7c14d8af0
Parsoid is a bidirectional parser between wikitext and HTML5.
It was originally written in JavaScript running on Node.js but was ported to PHP.
