At what point does Ghosts n' Goblins transition from Earth to the Demon Realm? Which, I have to say, "Demon Realm" is a terrible name, it's just so uninspired. Why can't it be called "Hell", or at the very least, the "Underworld"? Like, come on!

What is the timeline for Ghosts 'n Goblins games? I know that Mario, Zelda, Sonic, Mega Man, Castlevania and Contra have established timelines, but I want to also see the Ghosts 'n Goblins to also have its own established timeline.
