Cerberus (ケルベロス, Keruberosu) is the second boss from Ghouls 'n Ghosts. A demon dog wreathed in flames, Cerberus guards the gates of the Demon Realm. He can summon a hailstorm of flames down upon his enemy's head as he quickly jumps around leaving a trail of fire behind him. He'll make short work of any bystander.

- It is named after Cerberus, the guard dog of the Underworld in Greek mythology. Strangely, while the real Cerberus has three heads, this Cerberus only has one.
