The classic bike for tooling the neighborhood or doing a double peg grind. Reinforced steel, super comfortable seat that wont cut off the circulation to your scrotum too bad. (i.e. for wimps!) A great deal for the cash-strapped.Pedal and Metal Cycles description.
The PED Cycles[1] BMX is a bicycle appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
The bike previously appeared in the 3D Universe where, in one appearance, it had two variants.
Design
The BMX is particularly small, with a small frame and wheels. It only has one brake, on the right handlebar, and does not feature a bell or light. Despite the description of the bicycle stating it has pegs, the in-game model does not feature any. The BMX spawns in a variety of primary colors for the frame.
Performance
The BMX is not as fast as the three race bikes (Tri-Cycles, Whippet and Endurex) and the Scorcher, but is faster than the Cruiser. The BMX is quite small, light and maneuverable, making it easier to perform stunts such as bunny hops and wheelies. The BMX is not indestructible, and the wheels can be dismounted if the player collides with another object or vehicle at high speed.

Grand Theft Auto V
- Can be bought for $500 from Pedal and Metal Cycles.
- Can be found around the streets and alleyways in Chamberlain Hills with The Families members riding them. They will attack the player if their bike is hijacked.
- Can be found around Grove Street in Davis, usually ridden by the Ballas.
- May spawn at certain houses, such as the dealer's house the player visits during the mission Hood Safari.
- Can be found at Vespucci Beach in a Skate Park, either parked with skaters nearby or used by one performing stunts.
- Spawns beside the Big O Fruit Juice stand on Arthur's Pass Trails, Vinewood Hills, Los Santos County.
- Can spawn at the half pipe at BJ Smith Recreational Center.
- Spawns at the half pipe at Broker Park, in East Vinewood.
- Often seen being ridden by some cyclists at the Redwood Lights Track during evening hours.
- Can be spawned by using a cheat code. (PC cheat: bandit)
Grand Theft Auto Online
- Can be bought for $800 from Pedal and Metal Cycles.
- Rarely seen in the same free-roam locations as in story mode. Riding a BMX around these areas increase the chance of finding another one.
- A purple one is seen during the free-roam mission Investigation: The Ballas. Can be taken to leave the area and complete the mission, but cannot be stored.
- A lime-green one is seen inside The Freakshop, belonging to Mutt or an unknown Fooliganz member. Cannot be taken outside.

- In Daddy's Little Girl, one of the bikes that spawns at the bike rental place is a BMX.
- Used by three NPCs during the mission Hood Safari, when the player approaches the cul-de-sac. This is an easter egg that references the mission "Sweet & Kendl" in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Grand Theft Auto Online
- Used by attacking enemies in the Grove Street Survival and the Scrapyard Survival.
- Used by the Ballas during the investigation mission "The Ballas".
- Used by the player/s during the first segment of First Dose 4 - Uncontrolled Substance.
- Appears inside Ballas-controlled Stash Houses.
The Diamond Casino & Resort

Oversights
- If the player manages to take a BMX to the boundary limits where vehicles stop working, the BMX will behave like a motorbike with a failed engine, with the player acting as if they were trying to kick-start the engine.
- Despite not having a bell, NPCs will still react to the player if they repeatedly press the "horn" button near them.
