Billy Bob Bean is a main character in Grand Theft Auto 2.
History
Background
Billy Bob is the leader of the Rednecks gang and lives at the Mobile RV Park in the Residential District of Anywhere City. He has his own moonshine brand, B. B. Bean's Brew, which produces Beany Liquor.
He is a traditionalist, and hates everything that is different from him. His dialogue icon has a striking resemblance to famous musician Elvis Presley, although it is shared with all of the Redneck members. He has a daughter named Mary-Joe Bean, who is mentioned in the mission Benson Burner!

Green Phone Jobs
The Rednecks are currently at war with the SRS Scientists and the Zaibatsu Corporation. Bean is far more intelligent than he looks, as he uses Claude Speed to pose as a member of the Zaibatsu and orders him to attack the Scientists, which results in a gang war between the two. Claude also destroys a Zaibatsu barricade, creating a shortcut to The Village.
Yellow Phone Jobs
After earning enough respect from the Rednacks, Billy Bob hires Claude to swap a Benson that is being delivered to a police chief with a different Benson rigged with explosives, later killing a top Zaibatsu mercenary Flambo Cortez, and stealing a Tank from the Camp Banks Army Base to be gifted to "Jungle" Montana Shane.
Red Phone Jobs
Eventually, Claude is hired by Billy Bob to destroy five vehicles from both the Zaibatsu and the Scientists. Later, he is hired to infiltrate the Alma Mater Prison and kill eight prison guards. For that, Claude is arrested on purpose, starts a riot inside the prison, kills all _targeted prison guards and escapes in a Special Agent Car.
Death
Unbeknownst to Billy Bob, Claude has been working behind his back the whole time, as he was hired by SRS boss Dr. LaBrat and the Zaibatsu boss Red Valdez. While working for the SRS, Claude sabotaged a peace meeting between the Rednecks and Zaibatsu under orders of Dr. LaBrat, and kidnaps an elderly Redneck member to be used in experiments by Professor Lars Von Barsdardson. In response to the kidnapping, Billy Bob sends the Rednecks to destroy the Scientists' generators, which Claude helps protect with other SRS members. While working for the Zaibatsu, Claude steals a prototype Flamethrower from the SRS and used it to kill several Rednecks at the Mobile RV Park, and destroyed two cold fusion generators inside the Scientists Research Center.
In addition, Claude was also killing Billy Bob's Redneck gang members to gain respect from the Zaibatsu and get more jobs from Red Valdez.
Eventually, Billy Bob realizes he and his gang were being manipulated by Claude the whole time, and goes after him. Meanwhile, Dr. LaBrat and Red Valdez also find out they are being played by Claude and also go hunting for him. Shortly after, all three bosses track down Claude around the Residential District.
Billy Bob arrives in his Pickup and armed with Molotov Cocktails, but is ultimately killed by either Claude Speed in self-defense or by his rival gang bosses.
