Background
Brad is a man who resides in Liberty City. By 1997, he is the lover of Skye, the wife of Vercotti Gang suspected leader Robert "Bubby" Seragliano.
Events of Grand Theft Auto
Brad is first seen when one of Bubby's contacts asks the GTA Protagonist to drive Skye and Brad to the Hotel Mon Signor in Central Kings.
He is referred to as her "personal trainer", and is only identified as "Brad" by Skye if the player fails the mission by killing him. [1]
