During the course of the game, Meltdown is being filmed at Richards Majestic Productions in Backlot City, but Fleming only ever appears in the movie screening of the finished film.
She uses the character model for Miranda Cowan and her character is also named Miranda, leading to the conclusion the character in the film is intended to be Miranda Cowan.
