Halloween 2023 (Week 4) was an event in Grand Theft Auto Online. The event started on October 26, 2023, and ran until November 1, 2023. This event featured double & triple bonuses on selected missions and gamemodes, as well as discounts on selected vehicles, properties, weapons, and other items.

- The Jack O’ Lanterns Collectible Free Mode Event was active.
- Three new Halloween Deathmatches were active: Drop Dead, Suck It Up and Damned and Lost.
- The new Ghosts Exposed Collectible Event was active.
- The new Possessed Animals Random Event was active.

- The UFO Business Battle was active.
- The UFO Sightseeing Free Mode Event was active.

- Players who became Bodyguards or Associates received the Amber Vintage Devil Mask.
