The Karin Hotring Everon is a stock car truck featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Drug Wars update, released on March 9th, 2023, during the Hotring Everon Week event. It is removed for purchase starting with the Last Dose Week event on March 16, 2023.
Influence
Grand Theft Auto Online
The truck is heavily based on the 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro NASCAR, which itself is built upon the third-generation Toyota Tundra with the rear fascia and hood design reminiscent of the 2019–2021 Ford F-150 NASCAR Trucks, along with certain frontal elements borrowed from the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado RST NASCAR truck. Additionally, the badge on the grille is positioned in the center, which gives off the appearance of the 2022 NASCAR F-150 truck. The rear bootlid bears resemblance to the previous-generation Tundra NASCAR truck.
Design
Grand Theft Auto Online
The Hotring Everon has a very simplistic bodywork with similar features to the Hotring Sabre. On the front, the most obvious trait are the rectangular section on the center spanning two-thirds of the truck's width, the fake vents all around the grille area and the black/plastic splitter at the bottom. The large center grille is made up of an hexagon-shaped grille mesh and a flat panel with "KARIN" lettering embossed on it, while two fake LED-like lights can be seen below the grille panel. The headlights on the upper area are also only 2-dimensional but have a design to reference real lights unlike the Hotring Sabre, being four lights, a modern strip below and turn signals on the edges, while small "KARIN" lettering can be seen on the outer edges. The hood area assumes an elevated profile starting from the grille area and runs towards either side of the windscreen area, while the hood lid is secured with four safety pins at the front and bears a slightly impressed area with a small vent near the cabin. Because of this, the hood lid cannot be opened with the Interaction Menu, but still can be opened and/or detached via collisions or gunfire. The windscreen is also bolted on with nine bolts and features a painted sunstrip on the top edge.
The side profile is unique, having stiling elements over the front wheels, while the rest of the car is seemingly flat, with slightly extruded portions. The side skirts are bolted on and have small cut-outs near the rear wheels, exposing dual-exit, dual titanium exhaust tips, while a fuel cap can be seen on the rear left quarter, near the tail light. The doors have small glass windows on the front and safety nets hanging on the sides, and like the Hotring Sabre, the doors open in the same way as any regular car despite the lack of handles (as real-life NASCAR vehicles do not have actual doors). On the roof, there is a black device over the passenger side appearing to be an on-board camera, while the rear bed is always covered by a sectioned panel and has two roll bars with triangular glass panes behind the cabin and a large riveted ducktail on the rear end. The rear windscreen also has two frames on the middle.
The rear is the most simplistic part of the vehicle as it is lacking any sort of distinct detail besides the inset portions on the center, the support struts for the ducktail and the integrated rear bumper at the bottom. It also has 2-dimensional tail lights on either side, with upper lights, middle reverse lights and lower turn signals. The underside denotes the body-on-frame construction similar to the Hotring Sabre, exposing the car's bodywork and the corresponding sections for the wheels, the engine, the driveshaft, the axles and the fuel tank. It also exposes protective frames behind the front bumper.
The interior of the truck makes use of steel foot wells and sport seats with race seatbelts, just like the Hotring Sabre. The Hotring includes various switches and buttons around the driver-side dashboard, and features a knob reading F/R, likely indicating a rear/four wheel drive locking diff. The steering wheel itself includes various buttons and paddle shifters, and a large extended gear-shifter is centralized on the console between the seats. Also, a radio is seen located under the dashboard, on the center.
The bodywork and part of the engine are painted with the primary color, while the roll cage, front section above the splitter and side skirts are painted with the secondary color. Similar to the Hotring Sabre and vehicles like the ETR1 and RE-7B, the Hotring Everon features Atomic racing slicks for the stock wheels, along with ten-spoke rims.

Performance
Grand Theft Auto Online
The Hotring Everon is a relatively competent car in the sports class. It enjoys strong acceleration, complimented by a high top speed. However, it is slightly less grippy than its counterpart, the Hotring Sabre. While it corners flat with little body sway, the rear end is more prone to losing grip during hard cornering. The Hotring Everon is also somewhat less stable than the Hotring Sabre at high speed. The Hotring Everon is a very low car, and may lose control from hitting its chassis on the ground when landing big jumps. Overall, the Hotring Everon is relatively easy to drive, but drivers need to be careful to manage the instability at high speed, as well as be careful to manage the throttle control as to not lose the rear end during cornering.
The vehicle is powered by a single-cam V8 fitted with an intake manifold coming from the front intake, coupled to a 6-speed gearbox in a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout. Its engine sound is similar to the Hotring Sabre and the Viseris, being a lower-pitched variation of the one used in the Vigilante.
