Independence Day 2016 was an annual Independence Day event in Grand Theft Auto Online. The event started on July 1st, 2016, and ran until July 11th, 2016. This event featured discounts on selected vehicles and other items. All original Independence Day Special content was also made available until the end of the event.[1]
