The HVY[1] Mixer is a cement mixer appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Influence
Grand Theft Auto V and Online
The smaller 3-axle Mixer closely resembles a second generation Chevrolet Kodiak/GMC TopKick.
Design
Grand Theft Auto V and Online
The 3-axle Mixer shares most of the features from the 3-axle variant of the Tipper (where it is manufactured by Brute), albeit with the addition of a passenger-side exhaust stack behind it and minor differences in the rust mapping, particularly around the hinges and underneath the wing mirrors. Along the chassis, the truck only features a single battery box on the driver side, in a similar manner to the Tipper, while the rear end lacks the strong arm lift axle (likely due to its smaller size compared to the first variant). The chute angle has also been adjusted, being more aligned with the rear structure and facing the passenger side.
The cab of the truck is painted with the primary color and the mixer and frame are painted with the secondary color, while the wheel color is applied to a stripe running around the mixer drum. Again, it uses standard industrial wheels derived from many industrial trucks.

Performance
Grand Theft Auto V and Online
As expected, the Mixer has very poor performance, with a slow speed and acceleration. Due to its high center of gravity, it tips on its side quite easily, especially when navigating over rough, uneven terrain. However, it makes up for it with its brute force in pushing other vehicles.
Both variants of the Mixer are powered by a turbocharged inline-4 engine, powering the rear wheels through a 4-speed gearbox. The engine sound is shared with trucks like the Phantom and the Rubble.

Trivia
- Both chassis of the Mixer are manufactured by HVY[1], despite only the Biff being manufactured by HVY and the 3-axle Tipper, which shares the cab of the 3-axle Mixer, being manufactured by Brute. This is likely a developer oversight.
- The police scanner audio files refer to the vehicle's manufacturer as "skiver", indicating the company name rather than manufacturer.[12]
