Events

Before the events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Shortly before Carl Johnson's return to Los Santos, LSPD officer Ralph Pendelbury is killed at the back of the depot by Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums (C.R.A.S.H.), after he had uncovered evidence of corruption against police officers Frank Tenpenny and Eddie Pulaski. Pendelbury is killed by C.R.A.S.H. rookie officer Jimmy Hernandez under threat of death by Frank Tenpenny.

Events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Later in the storyline, Tenpenny orders Carl Johnson to raid the freight warehouse in order to intercept an arms deal between the Ballas and the Russian Mafia. The Russian gunrunner Andre is killed during the shootout.

Unused Warehouse Interior

This article or section contains information on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas beta content. It may feature speculation and/or unintentional misinformation.
Please add references when adding content to this page. Any speculative/misinformed content that is not verified should be discussed on the talk page.

An unused version of the warehouse interior can be found in Interior World 8 at X = 1296.6, Y = 0.5, Z = 1001.0.

This may suggest that the warehouse was originally meant to be accessed via the yellow ENEX door arrows. In the final version of the game, the warehouse interior is placed inside the actual warehouse model.

The interior is wider and some of the textures are visibly stretched. The office where CJ finds Andre is present in this interior (including the exit door), although it has no collision.
