There are four types of Schools in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Each school trains the player in the best way to use the associated skill, and completion of all schools is required for 100% completion. They are listed below, along with links to their respective pages, providing full details. Schools are marked with an S on the map.
Ranking System
The schools operate on a medal basis. In order to get a bronze medal, a lesson should be completed with 70% to 84%. A silver medal is obtained with 85% to 99%, and completing a lesson with 100% will give the player a gold medal.

Trivia
- The drawing of medals awarded for completing a lesson in any of the school is altered in the mobile and remastered versions. Each medal has a vehicle at its center that is representative of the school that the lesson belongs to.
