He is voiced by Fred Newman.

Funbags is likely a member of the Loonies and gives a presentation suggesting that he suffers from schizophrenia.
He mentions during his show that he doesn't like basketball. Spaz has also been known to get irritated with skipping records as heard when it happened with Tammy Boness & The Swingin' Mammaries' song, "The Diner", forcing him to go to a commercial break and cut the song short.
According to Spaz himself, he is the only DJ of Lithium, albeit occasionally hyped up by an unidentified female voice. He suggests that he has spoken to the dead.
He has a personality that sometimes resembles the Looney Tunes character Bugs Bunny.
