So, it's IAA. It has to be. Those pumped-up powder sniffers can't help sticking their noses in a new narco route. If we get evidence, I got a long list of people who'd pay for that dirt. We'll need airborne firepower and a way to hack air control, if we're gonna bring this plane down. Then, sonar equipment to locate and recover the black box. That's our objective. The Black Box File is a mission strand for The FIB Files, featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of Agents of Sabotage update.
Description
After acquiring the Darnell Bros. Garment Factory, the mission strand can be started through the Darnell Inc. app whenever it is available to the player.
Jodi Marshall will inform the player about an unregistered Cargo Plane being used by the International Affairs Agency for smuggling narcotics into the country. She has a contact who will would pay good for any evidence they can find in the Cargo Plane's black box and, for that, they must find a way to take it down before it lands at the LSIA.
The Black Box File, like other FIB Files, consists of four Free Mode missions, including three preparation missions and one finale.

Jodi Marshall: “I've been working out the plane's route, and it looks like the IAA has it cleared for a landing at LSIA. Now, if we were playing dirty like the IAA, we'd drop the plane in a rough part of town, call it a pilot error, and funnel opioid revenue to settle any lawsuits out of court. But we work clean, which means we work harder. There's a FIB endorsed cybersecurity firm, with a device we can use to reroute the plane. You should already have the location, head there.”

Pavel: “What you need is portable sonar equipments, yes? I know a salvage crew who might have such a thing. Sending you their location.”
