Karas
Karas yana daga cikin tsirrai watau kayan da ake nomawa watau kayan lambu, kayan marmari kuma, kalarsa ja ce, amma ba ja sosai ba, sai dai an fi noma shi a noman rani. Karas na da amfani sosai, domin kuwa yana magunguna daban-daban. Ga wasu daga magungunan da karas ke yi: Maganin bugun zuciya, taimakawa Ido, cututtukan baki da haƙora, ƙarfafa ƙashi, da dai sauransu. [1]
