Karma (mota-MA) ma'ana sakamakon na ayyukan mutane kazalika da ayyuka da kansu. Lokaci ne game da sake zagayowar sanadi da sakamako. Dangane da ka'idar Karma, abin da ke faruwa da mutum, yana faruwa ne saboda sun haifar da shi da ayyukansu. Yana da muhimmin bangare na addinai da yawa kamar Hindu da Buddha. Karma ita ce mafi kyawun malami, tilasta mutane su fuskanci sakamakon ayyukansu kuma don haka haɓakawa da haɓaka halayensu, ko wahala idan ba su yi ba. Kamar yadda Allah ya halicci nauyi don kawo tsari ga duniyar zahiri, ya halicci karma a matsayin tsarin Allah na adalci wanda ke tafiyar da kansa da adalci mara iyaka. Yana ta atomatik halitta da ya dace nan gaba kwarewa a mayar da martani ga halin yanzu mataki .

Karma wanda aka yi shi da halayyar aiki ba tare da haɗe da sakamakon ba zai haifar da wani sakamako kuma zai matsar da mutum zuwa ga Allah.

Wani ra'ayi yana cewa Satguru, yana aiki a madadin Allah, na iya rage ko aiki da wasu karma na almajiri. [5]
