Syria is a country located in the Middle East region of Western Asia, neighbouring Lebanon, the Mediterranean Sea, Turkey, Iraq, Jordan, and Israel.[1]
Magical history
In 1974, the Syrian National Quidditch team won the Quidditch World Cup, triumphing over the Malagasy team in a match marked by the entire audience revealing their Dissimulators to be transfigured wands at one point in protest of the wand ban enacted by Royston Idlewind.[2]
