TRESPASS AT MINISTRY was an article published in the Daily Prophet in September of 1995. It reported an attempted break-in at the British Ministry of Magic Headquarters by Sturgis Podmore, and the subsequent trial before the Wizengamot, who sentenced him to six months in Azkaban.[1] Unknown to anyone was that Podmore, who refused to speak in his own defence, was forced to break into the Department of Mysteries, by means of the Imperius Curse, by the Death Eaters who wanted to steal a prophecy.[2]
