Avery Bullock, Sr. is the overarching antagonist in the animated sitcom American Dad! He is the father of Avery Bullock and was an alien hunter for the O.S.S in 1947 who came to Roswell, New Mexico to hunt down an alien that fell to Earth.
Just like his son, he is voiced by Sir Patrick Stewart.
Personality
Bullock is very intelligent as seen when he is not completely fooled by Roger's disguise, and his tracking skills are immense as seen when he tracks Roger and the others all across New Mexico. He is very proud of his job and loves their new name, the "CIA" and it is seen that he is a professional at his job. While he is not seen with his son much, it is presumed that he does love him.
History
The first we see of Bullock Sr. is when he comes to Grandma MacAdoo's home to search for any aliens. However, while Roger the alien was there he disguised himself as Grandma MacAdoo's twin sister that tricked Bullock into thinking he is not an alien, but as we see later he did not totally believe it was MacAdoo's twin. He has spied on the bunch and later, & when it was revealed he knew Roger was the alien he captured Roger and kidnapped him. However, the Hobo-Eating Preacher that saved Roger put his car in front of Avery Sr's, which caused them to crash. When the gang almost got away, Bullock held them at gunpoint to give up Roger, however he was then knocked out by Clifton with a club. When he awakens, Roger has already tricked another alien to go in his place, and Bullock Sr then captured that alien and took it to Area 51.
He is later seen training & bonding with his son, both sporting high-quality guns.
