Elysia (also known as the Herrscher of Humanity) is a supporting heroine in Honkai Impact 3rd. She is the co-leader of the Flame-Chasers and the right-hand of Kevin Kaslana.

She later appears at the end of Chapter 25 and becomes Raiden Mei's through the memories of the Flame-Chasers and v5.0's new full-scale activity, the Elysian Realm.

Personality

Elysia is an elegant and compassionate young lady who "enjoys everything" and finds happiness in any situation she finds herself in. She often flatters Mei for her looks and praises Eden's beauty. She loves to meet new people and make friends with as many people as she can.

Information within the Elysian Realm showcases that Elysia and Kevin Kaslana are very close. Additionally, she is aware about Kevin being "The Prince" in high school. In fact, she knows Kevin so well that even Dr. MEI herself had to ask Kevin how he met her. It is later revealed that she disguised as a maid at a Tradition Night celebration in order to look for him, spurred on by him beating her score in training and the rumor of him joining in the first place because of MEI.

Elysia is a very cheerful girl who's often full of energy and enjoys making jokes on certain occasions. She rarely speaks badly about anybody, and even then, only says whatever she believes in the most polite way possible. She's very pleasant to be around, even attempting to turn the trial into a welcome place for Mei.

Despite her kind nature, Elysia also keeps a mysterious distance. According to Eden, in spite of Elysia never lying, she still has a number of secrets that she keeps to herself. While Mobius on the other hand believes Elysia to be a traitor.
