Jakurai Jinguji
Doppo and Jakurai first met in year two of the H Age, when he was 28 years old. Since then, Jakurai has been acting as his physician and business partner. After the events of Shinjuku Division: Matenro Drama Track 1, Jakurai asked Doppo and Hifumi to join his group, Matenro.
Doppo has a deep respect for Jakurai and is often afraid of overstepping his boundaries, even if he isn't the one doing so. As such, he tends to avoid most topics and tries to focus more on Jakurai than himself when the two are together. Jakurai is usually good at helping to pull Doppo out of a spiral, having an almost immediate effect in most cases. Despite his usual defensiveness around Jakurai, Doppo can also call him out at times when he knows he's wrong or in danger. Doppo, like most people, is deeply afraid of Jakurai when he's drunk.

Hifumi Izanami
Doppo met Hifumi 20 years prior to the H Age, when he was around 6 years old, and has been friends with him ever since. After the events of Shinjuku Division: Matenro Drama Track 1, the two teamed up with Jakurai to form Matenro. Hifumi and Doppo currently share an apartment together.
Doppo and Hifumi describe their relationship as a sort of odd relationship that no one else can really understand. Doppo has always been extremely defensive and protective of Hifumi, caring for him deeply and putting him above anything else. Doppo often finds himself embarrassed and annoyed because of Hifumi, but is still happy to have him around despite the mean front he puts up. He has a deep respect for Hifumi and thinks that he is strong, brave, and kind. When they're alone, Hifumi seems to be the only person Doppo can truly relax around. He may shift into a more relaxed way of talking and behaving, even forgetting basic manners at times.

Honobono Keitoin
Doppo met Honobono in high school, 11 years prior to the H Age, around the age of 15. He and Hifumi were close friends with her until they had a falling out some time later.
Doppo says that no matter how hard he tries, he can't understand Honobono, saying she is abnormal. He says that it's not normal to want to understand her, and gets stressed whenever she is brought up. When the two of them interact, Honobono often harasses Doppo, causing Doppo to get angry and uncomfortable. Doppo is often seen fending off Honobono to keep Hifumi safe.
Dice Arisugawa
Doppo and Dice first meet before the first Division Rap Battle. In Just A Friend, after getting chased by fangirls, Hifumi, Doppo, Dice and Gentaro talk to eachother for the first time. After Hifumi insults Gentaro, Dice takes his friends' side. Doppo tries to apologize for Hifumi's behavior but Dice gets irritated at him for saying sorry so much, saying that Doppo is not a good worker and that he dislikes his personality. Hifumi gets mad on Doppo's behalf and a fight starts. They then face eachother at the semifinals of the 1st DRB, and still hold resentment towards eachother from the previous encounter.
Jyuto Iruma
Doppo was interrogated by Jyuto two years before the H-age for unknown reasons. They meet again at the Chuuoku gates before the first Division Rap Battle, where they greet eachother. They eventually go up against one another in the final battle. Doppo is quite intimidated by Jyuto, but still calls him a dirty cop.
Samatoki Aohitsugi
Doppo first meets Samatoki before the first Division Rap Battle, where Samatoki expresses his dislike for Doppo's personality and his profession; Doppo is clearly intimidated by him and apologizes, which makes Samatoki more mad. They eventually go up against one another in the finals of the first DRB. Doppo is part of Samatoki's shuffle division in Mixed Up, and after seeing Doppo stand up for himself in his berserker mode, Samatoki, impressed by his actions, remarks that he was wrong about Doppo.
Jiro Yamada
Doppo and Jiro first meet during the first Division Rap Battle. They meet again during the events of Don't Play No Game That I Can’t Win. Jiro insults and threatens Doppo due to a misunderstanding with the Bojo siblings, to which Doppo apologizes profusely and laments the fact that someone that much younger than him is looking down on him. When the misunderstanding is cleared up Doppo and Jiro team up to defeat the Tobari brothers.
Kuko Harai
Doppo and Kuko first meet when Kuko barges into Hifumi's club to challenge them before the upcoming Division Rap Battle. Doppo admits that Kuko is an impressively strong opponent. They meet again during the second DRB.
Jyushi Aimono
Doppo and Jyushi first meet when Kuko barges into Hifumi's club to challenge them before the upcoming Division Rap Battle, dragging Jyushi along with him. Doppo finds Jyushi's behavior strange, but he thinks he's strong in battle. They meet again during the second DRB.
