Hitoya Amaguni, a.k.a. Heaven & Hell, is a lawyer and the third member of Bad Ass Temple.
Official Profile
A skilled lawyer with clear principles. He will take on any case so long as there’s a chance to win, no matter how much money is involved. On the other hand, he despises bullying as it led to his brother’s death, so he accepts consultations and requests from victims of bullying without compensation. He has suffered in the past, but with the help of his friends, he’s been able to move forward.[1]
Appearance
Hitoya has a warm grey mullet in a messy traditional rockabilly pompadour, light grey eyes that have green and purple highlights, a mole underneath, a single wrinkle. He has a thin chin goatee and arched eyebrows, and accentuated cheekbones.
Hitoya wears a white dress shirt, wine red tie and black jeans with a dark brown belt and silver chain. He wears a cream white and midnight blue double rider jacket, sporting silver buttons and zippers, specifically on his sleeves, with the badass temple symbol on his lapel. His shoes are hightops with a black upper section and tip, a checkered pattern on the vamp, and a white mid and outer sole. Hitoya wears a silver chronograph watch that has a deep aqua face of the clock, which he sports on his left wrist.
Hitoya’s Hypnosis Mic is a ribbon microphone with a green stand and handles in the shape of a scale. His speakers take the form of a motorcycle with multiple mufflers.
Personality
Hitoya has a rather stern personality, with a tendency to nitpick the little things that people do/say, using the phrase “there are two things I hate” to start off his rambles into complaints. Nonetheless, he’s very confident, and unafraid to stand up against anything or anyone, especially when doing so for the vulnerable. He’s a kind-hearted but strong-willed man, who’s not afraid to be loud when he needs to be.

Etymology
- Hitoya means "prison" (獄).
- It is also the second letter to "jigoku" (地獄), which means hell.
- Amaguni means "heaven, sky" (天) (ama) and "country" (国) (kuni/guni).
- Another pronunciation for this combination of kanji is "tengoku", which means heaven.
Trivia
- He doesn't like fruits in salad[2] and says that sweet and sour pork should not have pineapple.[3]
- As a teenager, Hitoya used to be aspire to be a magician, sporting the nickname "Heaven the Magic King".[4]
- It's said that Hitoya owns the law firm he works at.
- This makes him extremely successful, considering he voids payments on services related to suicide survivors or bullying victims.
- Hitoya and Jakurai went to multiple years of school together.
- It was said that Jakurai always scored higher than him, and developed Hitoya's complex to be more successful. They both aspired to go into the healthcare field.[5]
- Before switching his degree path to law, Hitoya spent a short time doing medical relief work during World War III.[6]
