Info

In the match between Chaos and Raimon[1], Burn and Gazel created it and used it, breaking through Tachimukai's Mugen The Hand and successfully scoring Chaos' eleventh goal, ceasing the quarrel between the members of Prominence and Diamond Dust in the process. Burn and Gazel tried using it again, but Tsunami managed to steal the ball.

In the match between Fire Dragon and Inazuma Japan[2], Burn and Gazel used it to try to score, breaking through Tachimukai's Mugen The Hand G5, but it was deflected by the combined bodily defense of Kogure and Kurimatsu.

Usage

As the two users spring in the air, one user cloaks their left leg with swirls of fire while the other cloaks their right leg with swirls of ice. They then reel both of their legs back, kicking the ball and spinning their whole body in the air, covering it with both swirls of energy. As the ball heads towards the goal, it leaps through the air and slowly dives into the goal, spiraling with both swirls of energy.

Trivia

  • Its name, Fire Blizzard, is a reference to the eponymous versions of Inazuma Eleven 2: Kyoui no Shinryakusha, a reference to its two prominent users being exclusive to each version.
    • As it retains the same name in the English localization, this reference is lost.
  • Its usage has a slight difference across the Inazuma Eleven series.
    • In the Inazuma Eleven anime, the user who cloaks their foot in fire is on the right while the other is on the left.
    • In the Inazuma Eleven games, the user who cloaks their foot in fire is on the left while the other is on the right.
  • In the Inazuma Eleven Nintendo DS games, if the user is Wind icon (GX) , the partner is required to be Fire icon (GX) to perform Wind icon (GX) Fire Blizzard whereas if the user is Fire icon (GX) , the partner is required to be Wind icon (GX) to perform Fire icon (GX) Fire Blizzard.
  • It is one of the hissatsu techniques to have two different elements in the same game with no visual changes.
    • It shares this trait with Crossfire and Shadow Ray.
