In Story Mode, Ixal Fleet serves as the final team to be faced by the player in the Galaxy game, with their members at level 45. Though when being affected by their tactic, Berserk Ray, Galaxy Eleven will replace the player's original Earth Eleven in the second-half. When rematching them in the postgame, their members are now level 55, their hissatsu are evolved to their third stage, and Galaxy Eleven no longer replaces your team.
They appear as the seventh team in Space Alien's left taisen route where their members levels are 74, and again as the eleventh team in Raimon Natsumi's taisen route where their members are level 99.
When fought in the Legend Gate, their members are at level 50.
Part of its name, Ixal, is derived from 戦 (read as "Ikusa"), which, in turn, means war, a reference to its members wanting to instigate an interstellar war.
With the exception of Ixaal, all of their Souls are attributed.
Despite the Ixal Fleet glove having an affinity bonus with Ixal Fleet players in Inazuma Eleven SD, there are no in the game who would benefit from it.
