Usage
The user stands with their back against the ball as swirling leaves rustle in the wind appear. The user then turns back, joining their hands together and quickly rowing their arms to their right side, raising up a whirlwind surrounded by leaves. As the whirlwind draws the ball in, it drains its power, making it slowly fall onto their right hand if successful.
Its name, Kogarashi, is a reference to the eponymous wind that blows from the north into the west-northwest of Japan, usually from late autumn to early winter, a reference to its usage.
Its dub name, Mistral, is a reference to the eponymous wind that blows from southern France into the Gulf of Lion in the northern Mediterranean, which is also a reference to its usage.
