The first user swings the second around, then the second kicks the ball, and moves up. As the user moves up, wings spread out. When that user reaches up to the sun, the wings shine and the wings break away leaving feathers falling down, blinding the opponents while the user gets away with the ball.

In Greek mythology, Icarus, the anglicized version of Ikaros (Ἴκαρος), only had wings from which he was granted the power to fly. Much like the hissatsu, his wings burned up because he flew too close to the sun.
