The Grudge Dent (グラッジデント, Gurajji Dento) is the bone-like personal sword of Desast. He later uses it alongside Mumeiken Kyomu when he becomes Kamen Rider Falchion.
Kamen Rider Kenzan briefly used copies of Grudge Dent during the battle with Lord of Wise Spartan by scanning the Desast Alter Ride Book on Mumeiken Kyomu. Using the finisher resulted in the Alter Ride Book and Desast's scarf being destroyed.
It later returned with its user and became the Kokuranken Shikkoku after his Alter Ride Book became the Gaikotsu Ninjaden Wonder Ride Book.

- Calamity Strike (カラミティ・ストライク, Karamiti Sutoraiku): Has two variations.
- Desast leaps into the air and executes multiple magenta energy slashes with the Grudge Dent while spinning.
- Desast drops down from above and executes a magenta energy slash with the Grudge Dent to the enemy, before delivering another slash after landing on the ground.
- Mumeiken Kyomu + Grudge Dent:
- Fushicho Musou Giri/Calamity Strike (不死鳥無双斬り/カラミティ・ストライク, Lit. "Phoenix Unrivaled Slash/Calamity Strike"): Falchion sprouts phoenix wings from his back and jumps into the air with his body covered in fire and the Grudge Dent covered in purple energy. He then flies toward the enemy while spinning like a drill and surrounded by fire and spiraling purple energy before ramming into the opponent.
- Mugen Ittotsu (無限一突, Lit. "Infinite Single Strike"): Kenzan scans a Wonder Ride Book or Alter Ride Book against the base of Mumeiken Kyomu's blade and performs an attack using its power.
- Calamity Strike (カラミティ・ストライク, Karamiti Sutoraiku): Kenzan activates this finisher by scanning the Desast Alter Ride Book on Mumeiken Kyomu. Kenzan is surrounded by green energy while Desast's spirit appears alongside him. Multiple copies of the Grudge Dent then appear and lodge themselves into the groudn in a circle around the enemy. Kenzan grabs one of the swords and dashes toward the enemy at high speeds before delivering an arrow-shaped green energy slash. He continues to perform more slashes, replacing his held Grudge Dent with other copies as he goes. Eventually, Desast's spirit appears as well and performs purple energy slashes of his own. Finally, Kenzan performs his own version of Desast's original Calamity Strike attack, spinning his body in the air while surrounded by green wind. At the same, Desast performs the normal version of his Calamity Strike. The two attacks reach the enemy at the same time as Kenzan and Desast slash the opponent.
