Muller (マラー, Marā) is one of the main antagonists of Kamen Rider Saber × Ghost and Kamen Rider Specter × Blades who works with Kamiyu and Robes. He has a human form but uses the Gamma Transformation Eyecon to become the Gamma Ultima (眼魔ウルティマ, Ganma Urutima, lit."Eye Devil Ultima").
Biography
His main goal, along with the other two, was to create the ultimate lifeform and continue Danton's legacy. He, along with the other two, were later found by Takeru. While Robes dealt with him, the others escaped. After the death of Robes, Muller, along with Kamiyu, later kidnapped one of the Copy Kanons. He later fought against Rintaro and Kanon and absorbed the rest of the Copy Kanons and defeated Kanon. He used Kanon as a bait to lure out Makoto. He was later killed by Kanon Specter and Sin Specter's finishers.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Gamma Technology: Robes is unaffected from attacks from any other technologies except ones that use Gamma.
- Absorption: Unlike Robes and Kamiyu, Muller has the ability to absorb beings and strengthen his power, specifically Copy Kanon. He was able to absorb all four copy Kanons to strengthen himself and change into a much more powerful form. However, Makoto was able to separate the Kanons from Muller with enough power.
- Energy Slash: With his duel swords in his powered up state, Muller is able to produce powerful energy slashes from his swords. He knocked Kanon's transformation with a single energy slash from one of his swords.
Abilities
- Expert Combatant: Muller is skilled at hand to hand combat and duel wielding swords. He was able to fight against both Rintaro Shindo, Kanon Fukami, and Makoto Fukami. He also fought Desast with no weapons and easily won against him.

Jean-Paul Marat(ジャン＝ポール・マラー, Jan Pōru Marā).
