Elater
Elater (gen. elatēris m.)[1] est artificium ad energiam potentialem condendam aptum. In spira plerumque consistit, aut lamina cuiuslibet metalli quae seu comprimitur, seu flexitur, seu tenditur. Cum solvitur, ad formam primam rediens energiam mechanicam liberat. Multa artificia et machinae (puta horologia) elateribus impelluntur.
