Realismus (artes)
Realismus in artibus est conatus ad repraesentandas res veraciter, sine elementis facticiis et consuetudines artisticas et elementa exotica, supernaturalia, non verisimilia vitans. Realismus in artibus multis temporibus obtinuit, et plerumque exercitationes technicasque rationes comprehendit, modos statos evitans. In artibus oculorum, realismus fallax est accurata formarum vitae, scaenographiae, singulorumque lucis et coloris depictio. Realistica artis opera res deformes vel sordidas exprimere possunt, sicut opera realismi socialis, regionalismi, et realismi kitchen sink.
Fuerunt in artibus varii realismi motus, sicut verismus (genus operae), realismus litterarius, realismus theatricus, et cinema neorealistum Italicum. Motus artis realismi in pictura in Francia] decennio sub Rebus Novis anni 1848 ortus est.[1] Pictores realistici romanticismum spreverunt, motum qui in litteris et arte Francicis ex saeculo duodevicensimo exeunte dominabatur.
