Regarding the change on PDDIKTI URL Format

Hello! I observed that the URL for the PDDKTI Higher Institution ID has changed. For the given sample URL for University of Indonesia (Q534515) above will return PDDIKTI homepage and not the designated uni page. The newer one using this pattern. One of the major change is the directory (from data_pt to detail-pt) the letter combinations for the address is also seem to have more character types (-_=).
