Starkweather's Estate is a mansion owned by film director Lionel Starkweather located in Wapona Hills, Carcer City that appears in Manhunt.
Description
The property consists of a large mansion surrounded by well cut lawns and mazes. The compound serves as Lionel Starkweather's headquarters for his snuff film ring under the name of Starkweather Quality Productions. Starkweather's film actor turned deranged cannibalistic man known as Piggsy also resides in the mansion, chained by the director in his attic to be used as a star actor.
The mansion is heavily guarded by the Cerberus private militia and the CCTV systems installed within the property.
The blueprints for Starkweather's Estate make an appearance in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, which can be found inside the Las Venturas City Planning Department.
Events of Manhunt
The mansion is first visited during Border Patrol, where the Cerberus sent by Starkweather successfully capture Cash and transport him to his estate in Wapona Hills. However, former snuff film star Piggsy escapes his prison from the estate's attic, distracting the Cerberus team who are subsequently slaughtered by him. Cash exploits this to make his way inside the mansion while facing the Cerberus patrolling the land.
Cash manages to take the elevator up to Starkweather's floor, eliminates Piggsy in a deadly game of cat and mouse and a group of armed Cerberus on the way to Starkweather's office, before brutally murdering the director using a Chainsaw. Soon after his death, Starkweather's snuff ring is exposed.

Trivia
- The character model used for the corpses found in the garden is a scrapped early version of James Earl Cash's character model, seen on early promotional screenshots.
- Various portraits found inside the mansion are later reused in many safehouse interiors in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
- This including cat pictures and a promotional screenshot for the Virgo for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, still using the "Cougar" model.
- There are portraits of Lionel Starkweather back when he worked in Hollywood inside the mansion. It may be he kept these and has them on his wall to be reminded of his past success he made when he worked in Hollywood. Given his ego, this is certainly a possibility.
- Assets used in the Hall area are also used for Vercetti Estate in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
- Despite the mansion's model being made specifically to resemble an actual household, there seems to be no bathroom or a bedroom for Starkweather anywhere, at least not explorable.
